VH models are built with a standard box type construction. They are fabricated entirely from 18 GA. Type 304 polished stainless steel. They are to be used in applications where there are excessive amounts of condensation to be exhausted. They have two options:

1) The first has a 1" diameter, 2" long, stainless steel pipe welded in the right or left gutter. The pipe allows for any condensation which accumulates inside the hoods gutter to drain through a piece of extended tubing (supplied by other) to a remote drain or floor sink.

2) The second has a stainless steel pitched baffle plate located directly below the hoods duct connection. This baffle plate pitched so that if any excess condensation drips from the duct, it will be channeled directly to the back gutter, and then can be drained accordingly.
