Orders for custom items are not subject to cancellation without our written consent. Authorization for return of defective merchandise must be obtained prior to return.  All orders must be prepaid – we accept Visa and MasterCard. Incoming freight or express charges for authorized return shipments, where orders have been correctly filled out and are not defective, must be prepaid. Credit will be issued, less a reasonable handling and reconditioning charge when necessary.  All orders are subject to our acceptance.  Possession of price information does not constitute an offer to sell. Minimum order $50.00 Net.  All prices are F.O.B. factory.  All prices are subject to change without notice and do not include Federal, State, Municipal or other use taxes. Specifications and discounts are subject to change without notice. All authorized returns are subject to a 30% handling fee (Minimum $50.) All unauthorized returns are subject to a 50% handling fee. 

Shipping Information

We reserve the right to choose carriers that, in our opinion, are most efficient.  We will follow customer's routing requests when possible. Not responsible for damage to merchandise while in hands of carrier.  All orders shipped freight collect. Minimum UPS charge = $10.  Not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (fires, strikes, delays in transportation, etc.)  Estimated shipping weights are approximate. Actual shipping weights (shown on bill of lading) may vary.
